INDIVIDUAL COACHING

One on one coaching  is available to help you reach your goals and give you guidance, clarity and focus. Having someone outside of your organization can help in many ways. Coaching is available for 3 months or 1 year.

COMPANY ASSESSMENT

This is a great option for those that want to dive deep into their organization and look at processes, sales strategies, and approaches. This assessment takes between 60 - 90 days and includes:

  • personality tests for all employees and executives

  • meetings with employees

  • shadowing employees

  • meeting with each of the management/executive team that oversees the sales team as well as sales support staff

  • an overall assessment of the office layout and function

  • any other misc investigating and assessing that we feel need to be completed

At the conclusion of this in-depth company assessment , we meet with the executive team to discuss the results and viable solutions for the organization.

CORPORATE CLASSES: BEGINNER

These classes are held at your business or virtually with a minimum of 8 classes and are for new sales reps to 2 year experience.  Some topics that we cover are:

  • Time Management

  • Organization

  • Goal Setting

  • Prospecting 101

  • Lead Generation

  • Business Etiquette

  • Professional Branding

CORPORATE CLASSES: INTERMEDIATE

These classes are held at your business or virtually with a minimum of 8 classes and are for employees with  2 year plus as a sales rep. SOme topics that we cover are:

  • Your Why

  • Phycology of Sales

  • Art of Negotiation

  • Lead Generation

  • Business Etiquette

  • Prospecting 102 

  • Marketing/Professional Branding

CUSTOMIZD CORPORATE CLASSES

This is a customized option for companies that have a few to many sales reps to train in the art of sales all at the same time. Minimum classes are 8 weeks either in person or virtual and are customized to the company's goals and mission.

ONLINE CLASSES (COMING SOON)

Have one sales employee or want to have a class that is part of your onboarding process? This is a great option for your business! Each class is broken down with modules and includes worksheets and some include homework. Each student is given their own log-in and a time limit to finish the chosen class.
